You must make the following adjustments to your browser in order to view the cameras

Disable any and all pop-up blockers.
Tools>internet options>security>Trusted Sites>Sites
Uncheck the require server verification.
Put in http://72.149.63.196
Click add>ok>
Click Custom Level, “Download signed ActiveX controls” change to prompt.
“Download unsigned ActiveX controls” change to prompt.
“Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins” change to enable
Click Ok>Ok
